NVIDIA H100 SXM On-Demand
As we wrap up the last month of 2024, we're excited to share the latest updates and features we've been working on this December to make your Hyperstack experience better than ever. Let's explore everything we've been working on.
New Tools on Hyperstack
Our team is always working hard to improve your Hyperstack experience with our new developer tools:
Python & Go SDK Alpha Release
This month, we announced the alpha release of our Python SDK and Go SDK for Hyperstack! With these SDKs, developers now have the flexibility to easily manage and deploy resources on Hyperstack. These tools simplify automation, integration, and workflow management, enabling you to streamline your processes and get things done faster and more efficiently. Whether you're building integrations or automating tasks, our SDKs are designed to give you full control.

New Hyperstack Features
Here's a sneak peek at new Hyperstack features:
Snapshots for Virtual Machines
We’ve also released the Snapshot feature this month. Snapshots allow you to capture a VM’s exact state, including configuration and bootable volume data, for easy restoration. During this process, active VMs are temporarily paused, snapshotted and then restarted. The benefit? You get a clean rollback point before making significant changes, all while optimising resources and minimising backup costs.
Custom Operating System Images
One of the most awaited updates this month is Custom Operating System Images. With this new feature, you can create and manage a custom operating system image directly from an existing snapshot. This custom image is private to you and can be used to quickly deploy a VM, saving you time and effort when scaling your infrastructure.
But the exciting part is that the custom images feature is directly tied to Snapshots, as you need to take a snapshot of your VM first to create your custom image. And it only took us one month to bring Snapshots and Custom Operating System Images for you!
Kubernetes Stability
Our Kubernetes stability is now more reliable than ever. Though still in the beta phase, we've made substantial updates to enhance reliability and scalability, including the ability to create larger clusters. You can now confidently use Kubernetes on Hyperstack with reliable support as we refine the platform.

Latest Hyperstack Improvements
Here's a quick overview of the improvements on Hyperstack:
- Dark Mode: This month, we have made various enhancements to dark mode, making our platform more visually appealing and easier to use.
- Error State: Snapshots can now be deleted when in an "Error" state, providing greater flexibility in managing your VM snapshots and ensuring a smoother user experience.
What’s Next: Upcoming Features You'll Love
As we work to improve your Hyperstack experience, we’re proud to announce that exciting things are coming. Check out what’s coming soon:
Port Randomisation Control
With Port Randomisation Support, you can toggle off port randomisation when deploying VMs to enable consistent and predictable networking where required.
Kubernetes Enhancements
Although the Kubernetes service is still in beta, we’re excited to announce upcoming node scaling capabilities. Soon, you can add and remove worker nodes dynamically through the Kubernetes on-demand API, giving you more control and scalability. We’re also focusing on further Kubernetes stability improvements. Stay tuned as we look forward to rolling them out soon.
