At NexGen Cloud, we’re committed to making the best of your experience with Hyperstack and July has been an exciting month of updates and improvements. Our team has worked diligently to introduce new features, address bugs and refine existing functionalities to better serve your needs. Here’s a comprehensive look at the latest updates and what’s on for the coming weeks.
Check out our recently released features to improve your experience on Hyperstack:
Hyperstack now offers detailed tracking for VM status, volume changes and multi-user payments. This feature allows you to monitor your virtual machines and associated costs with better precision. Check how we did it in our latest blog post here. You can also check out our tutorial below to learn how to manage credit warning email notifications.
Another major update is our improved VM pricing display. You can now view the per-hour pricing for your virtual machines directly on the VM details page. This feature provides clear and accurate cost information so you can make informed decisions about your resource usage and budget.
The phone number field within billing information now includes a country code selection. So it is easier now to enter billing details accurately.
We’ve made two major improvements on Hyperstack including:
Billing accuracy has been improved with the implication of pricing calculation algorithms that more precisely track changes in resource status.
We’ve refined the way payment statuses are reflected in the system. This update provides a more accurate view of your payment activities, including cancelled or initiated payments. You can better track your financial transactions and ensure that your payment status is correctly updated.
