Stripe Payment Update: Reminder

As communicated on 1 February, starting 1 April, sales tax will be applied to payments for Hyperstack accounts with billing addresses in the UK and Canada. This change ensures compliance with local tax regulations, however business customers can reclaim sales tax where applicable, ensuring no additional operational costs. Learn more here.

Get Receipts, Now with More Clarity

Every receipt now includes detailed breakdowns of taxes and payments, ensuring full transparency. You’ll receive them via email and can download them anytime from the Billing section in your Hyperstack account

Small Bug Fixes

We’ve fixed a bug that prevented some provisioning profile settings from saving during VM deployment. Now, your saved configurations such as flavors, environments and user data will be correctly applied.
